After purchasing the company’s current site in Felcourt, East Grinstead  in 2006 Scandia-Hus designed and constructed a multi-purpose timber-frame building on the sports field which it owns opposite the Scandia-Hus Business Park. The building not only provides a base for the local football teams that use the field but also  a home for Stables Nursery. The children attending the nursery can also enjoy safe outdoor play in a sectioned off part of the grounds.
