First fix plumbing is essentially the installation of pipe work for heating, water supply and waste water drainage. The first fix plumbing will be hidden when the house is complete.

Kitchen Plumbing

The hot and cold water copper pipes have been installed in the kitchen for the sink as well as the waste water pipe.

Bedroom 2 En-Suite

The plumber is using Geberit Duofix frames. These are hidden within the wall and are used to support the wall hung toilets.

Master En-suite

We have used a mixture of copper and plastic piping in our build. These photos show the pipe work installed in our master en-suite for two hand basins and the shower.
