Now that the screed floor has dried and can be walked on, the plastering team can start the taping and jointing process. This is applied to all of the plasterboard that has been fitted in the house.

Taping and jointing is required to create a smooth finish so when the painters arrive they have a smooth surface to work on. All the staple gun holes, screws and joining components have been covered with a light coating of mixed plaster.

As the ground floor nears completion the team move to continue on the first floor.
