The gutters have also been fixed to the Show House. We have gone for a silver metallic Lindab rainwater system guttering.

A temporary downpipe is a cost effective flexible polythene tube which can easily and quickly fastened to guttering, providing effective draining of water run-off, whilst also saving potential risk of damage to the permanent drain pipe whilst work begins on the landscaping of the house.

With our white render extremely susceptible to unsightly rainwater staining and damage, it is simply installed and secured by fixing with cable ties or jubilee clips and can be easily removed prior to fitting the permanent drain pipe.
