Timber Roof Trusses
Using prefabricated timber roof trusses ensures a cost-effective and efficient roof construction, saving time on-site and producing less waste than alternative options.
Our timber frame factory located in West Sussex manufactures roof trusses from engineered TR26 grade structural timber. Our standard roof trusses are stocked in sizes 72mm x 47mm through to 225mm x 47mm and we also offer bespoke roof trusses made to customer specifications.

Timber Eco Joists
Combining the lightness of timber with the strength of steel, eco-joists enable quick and easy installation of services.
Eco-joists, also known as metal web joists or easi-joists, consist of parallel engineered timbers with V-shaped steel webs between, providing a lightweight structural component that spans greater distances than alternatives. Eco-joists are simple to install, reducing time required on site.
Our timber frame factory in Sussex offers lengths of up to 12m, with depths of 219mm, 254mm and 304mm, and widths from 72mm to 147mm. Our eco-joists are designed and supplied to customer specifications.

All the timber we use at our factory is sourced sustainably. Our slow-grown, Scandinavian timber is harvested under a PEFC forestry management policy of long-term renewal. Timber also benefits from a low carbon footprint, this ensures our products are an environmentally-friendly choice for your building project.
