If you’re considering a timber frame or package home for your self build, it would definitely be worthwhile for you to visit our show homes located just outside of East Grinstead in West Sussex.

You’ll have the opportunity to experience first-hand the high-quality of a Scandia-Hus timber frame home, as well as discuss your self build project with one of our knowledgeable project managers and gather ideas for your own self build.

There are three properties at the Scandia-Hus self build show centre;

• The Adelia is a contemporary style home with sleek interiors and an abundance of energy-efficient features.  
• The Oakleigh has a mock-Tudor look with traditional character and includes an inglenook fireplace.
• The Mulberry is a chalet bungalow design with an incredible spiral wine cellar in the open plan kitchen/dining room.

Our offices are open Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Please be advised that our show homes and offices are not open on bank holidays.
