2024 is an exciting year for Scandia-Hus as we celebrate our 50 years of building energy saving timber frame homes!

Established in 1974 as a UK distributor of timber frame kits for a Swedish company, our firm started with just 5 members of staff in an office in East Grinstead. We have seen the company grow significantly over the years to where we are today and are extremely proud of achieving this important milestone.

We will be releasing new content throughout 2024 to commemorate our 50th anniversary, which we look forward to sharing with you!
