This month we released a new self build case study, ‘Sussex Style Scandia’.

It features Amber and Lee, who built a traditional look timber frame home on a plot of land surrounded by ancient woodland.

Working with the clients, Scandia developed a sympathetic design that sits pleasantly within the plot. The exterior reflects the local vernacular architecture with hung clay tiles cladding the first floor and brick encompassing the ground floor.
