The exterior of the house has has its first coat of render applied. This will be completed over the course of a couple of weeks, as the different components are fitted. Despite the fact that this is only a starting coat, the house is already starting to look white.

Edging strips are fixed to the corners of the house and kept in place with a small amount of render.

The right hand side of the house is the first side to receive the base coat of render.

Two weeks later

Once the finished top coat has been applied to all walls, the protective polythene sheeting was removed from the windows and doors, exposing our aluminium frame glass.
